Jedes Jahr finde ich mich mit dem Thema Galaxy Nails konfrontiert. Letztes Jahr war es mir zum ersten Mal gelungen, ein paar anständige Exemplare dieser Art zu pinseln, wer den Vergleich zu heute ziehen will klickt hier. Auf dieses Thema habe ich mich am aller meisten gefreut, denn ich liiiebe Katzen! Ausserdem habt ihr sicherlich bemerkt, dass mein Blog (und auch meine FB Seite) immer noch Banner-los sind. Das hat den einfachen Grund, dass ich gerne ein paar Katzen Nail Arts auf meinem Banner hätte, nur zierten bisher nur wenige Katzen meine Nägel... Vielleicht komme ich durch das Challenge Thema ja auf ein paar gute Ideen!

Ich habe lange überlegt welche Tiere ich mir für das heutige Thema auf die Nägel pinseln könnte... Komischerweise kam ich anfangs nur auf die verschiedensten Waldtiere: Hasen, Rehe, Bären, Eulen, Rentiere... Und dann waren da plötzlich diese Pinguine! Es sind zwar technisch gesehen nicht wirklich Wintertiere, aber hey, sie leben dort wo's das ganze Jahr über kalt ist und schneit, was es hier im Winter ja bekanntlich auch tut.

Nail Art: Pika-Pi, Pikanails!

2014 feels like I'm reliving my childhood! After skipping all the gens, I finally got on the bandwagon and played Pokemon X and then there's Sailor Moon Crystal. Rumour has it there'll be a Digimon Adventures remake next year. It's a good time to be an in-the-closet anime geek. (Well, not so much in the closet, heh).

Anyway, I've been wanting to do this ever since I picked up some yellow polish. My first yellow polish came from a set I got in H&M, but that one really sucked...

Animal Print, I specifically did not want to make a leopard print because I knew this was what everyone else was thinking! It's easy to do and looks great, so it's an obvious answer for this theme, no? So I stamped a zebra design on my nails and messed up horribly, I got so upset I went with the leopard print after all...
