Ich liebe es mir unbekannte Marken auszuprobieren, für meinen Nagellackordnungszwang sind die unterschiedlichen Fläschchen aber weniger gut. Dieser Lack kam durch eine Sammlungsauflösung zu mir, manchmal kaufe ich ganz gerne Kisten voll gebrauchtem Nagellack und lasse mich überraschen, was die Leute da so loswerden wollen... Dieser hier passte aber gerade ganz recht für die Mädchenzeit.

review: full nail water decals via bornprettystore

As a huge fan of water decals, I'm a little ashamed to say I've never tried full nail water decals. Perhaps because I just can't seem to get nail wraps to work for me (and yet I keep buying them), so the thought of a full nail water decal was a little scary. Fortunately, I get to give this a shot with a press sample from Bornprettystore.

Als grosser Fan von water decals schäme ich mich schon fast zu sagen, dass ich noch die "ganznägel-decals" ausprobiert habe. Wahrscheinlich weil ich mich mit Nail Wraps immer noch so extremst doof anstelle (und sie trotzdem immer wieder kaufe), der Gedanke ein solch grosses Water Decal auf die Nägel zu pappen schien einfach etwas... ehrfürchtig. Zum Glück kann ich's jetzt mit diesem Sample von Bornprettystore mal testen.

mädchenzeit: essence - enchanted fairy

Kann es sein? Kann es wirklich sein, dass einer meiner über 700 Lacke LEER ist? Dieses uralte Schätzchen, das ich euch heute zur Mädchenzeit zeigen möchte, hatte einen kleinen, eingedickten Rest am Flaschenboden, den ich fix verdünnt habe. Nach vielem Flaschenkippen und warten, bis der Lack beim Pinsel war, hatte ich den Rest auch schon auf den Nägeln.

review: black cats via bornprettystore

Meow,

I love black cats. But I'm probably biased because I have the best one by my side since 15 years and going. Meanwhile the cute black fuzzball has turned into a slightly grumpy old man. I was often told he doesn't look cute because he was born with a crooked tail, but I've never met a sweeter cat in my whole life. 
Well, this is a review post and not a black cat appreciation post, but I just wanted to express my crazy catlady love for this old boy.


Ich liebe schwarze Katzen, aber ich bin wohl ein bisschen voreingenommen, da ich seit 15 Jahren die Beste an meiner Seite habe. Inzwischen ist aus dem kleinen süssen Wohlknäuel ein leicht genervter alter Mann geworden. Ich musste mir schon oft anhören, dass meine Katze nicht niedlich ist, weil er mit einem krummen Schwanz zur Welt kam. Mir ist jedoch noch nie eine süssere Katze über den Weg gelaufen.
Eigentlich sollte dies ja ein Review Post werden und kein schwarze Katzen Anhänger Post, aber ich musste kurz ein Loblied an den alten Mann in meinem Leben singen.

sara's tea cup

Hoi,

Sara? Who the f*ck is Sara? Sara ist der Name dieser bezaubernden Dame, die ich neulich bei Douglas.ch im Sale aufgegabelt hatte. Auf der Website hat sie mich nicht überzeugt, Produktfotos tun das nur sehr selten. Eine kurze Eingabe bei Google jedoch und ich war verliebt.

Sara? Who the f*ck is Sara? Sara is the name of this lovely lady I picked up at the sale from douglas.ch. She looked rather meh on the website, but most product photos aren't convincing at all. A quick google search and I was sold.

Nail Art: Lazy Saturday water decals

Happy Sunday everyone,

Yesterday was a really lazy day, I stayed at home, caught up on some series and was even too lazy to come up with some fancy designs. That's where I love to grab some water decals from my stash! They're easy and quick to apply and yet look like you spent a lot of time and effort making your nails look pretty. "Outsiders" will ask you how you did that haha...

But first off, I want to show you the swatch of the polish I used. Normally I don't pay much attention to the regular colours in the Essence display, unless the internet has been raving about a certain shade. But this polish really caught my eye! I've been tip-toeing around it for a while now, but finally bit the bullet and brought it home.
