Ja, schon wieder Neon! Und dazu noch eine BPS Stempelplattenreview. Diese Platte wurde mir einfach so noch mitgeschickt und ich wusste erst gar nicht, was ich damit anfangen sollte... Ich habe mich schliesslich für die Musiknoten entschieden und sie mit einem peppigen Hintergrund kombiniert.
Leider dreht meine Kamera bei Neontönen komplett durch, das Gradient wäre eigentlich neon orange zu neon violett und nicht pink. Verwendet habe ich drei der Neon Lacke von American Apparell, welche kreativerweise neon orange, neon red und neon purple heissen... Damit das Gradient so richtig Augenkrebs verursachend rum strahlt, habe ich unter dem Gradient noch zwei Schichten Alpine Snow von OPI aufgetragen.
Unfortunately my camera doesn't handle neon shades very well, the gradient is actually neon orange that flows into a neon purple, not pink. I used three neon polishes from American Apparel which were creatively named neon orange, neon red and neon purple... So the gradient would really pop and make people go nearly blind, I applied two coats of OPI's Alpine Snow underneath it.
Wie erwähnt habe ich mir die Platte selbst nicht ausgesucht, also konnte ich auch mit den Motiven anfangs nicht so viel anfangen... Die Musiknoten gefielen mir aber doch ganz gut und über einem Gradient würden sie sich wohl auch gut machen. Zum Stampen habe ich den schwarzen Stampy! Lack von Essence und meinen Moyou Stamper verwendet. Das hat so auch ganz gut funktioniert, ich vermute die Bilder sprechen für sich.
I didn't choose this plate, so at first I didn't know what to do with the motives since they're not really my cup of tea... However, the music notes are quite cute and I thought they'd look good over a gradient. For this stamping I used the black Stampy! polish from Essence and my squishy Moyou stamper. This worked really well, I guess the photos speak for themselves.
