Kommen wir heute zur letzten BPS Review für diese Runde und es handelt sich schon wieder um eine Stampingplatte. Anscheinend gefallen denen meine Stamping Reviews, ich wurde beim letzten Mal gebeten, mir doch Platten (statt allgemein "Samples") auszusuchen. Ich beklage mich nicht, ich mag ihre Platten ja auch und sowas wie zu viele Stamping Platten gibt's auch nicht.
Auch diese Platte wurde mir einfach so noch mitgeschickt, obwohl ich mir diese recht lange angesehen habe und sie wahrscheinlich auch selbst ausgesucht hätte. Das Muster war mir dann doch etwas zu nahe an der allseits beliebtesten BPS Platte (das Ganzmotiv Paisley Muster, das besitzt bestimmt jede von uns!) und ich wollte ganz bescheiden nur 3 Samples... Jä nu. Kam dann trotzdem wie es musste/sollte.
This is another plate that was sent to me at random, but for this one I'll admit that I was eyeing it for a long time and I would have probably picked it too if it wasn't so similar to the ever popular BPS plate (the one that is one big paisley pattern, I'm sure all of us own it!) and I didn't want to seem greedy and kept it to the minimum.. Well, things that belong together get together eventually, it seems.
Ich hatte richtig Bock auf Gelb. Das hatte ich schon einmal, so kurz vor Weihnachten. Hab's damals aber nicht lackiert. Also kommt jetzt Gelb drauf. Zwei Schichten Yeah, Copacabana aus der Viva Brasil LE von Essence, damit's so richtig knallt. Und um dem Thema treu zu bleiben, habe ich gleich mit dem PR-Sample Stempellack von BPS darüber gestampt. Farbkotze pur. Das Schöne an so sheeren Stempellacken ist ja, dass sie leicht durchscheinen lassen und sich so farblich leicht dem Unterlack anpassen, das sieht dann trotzdem noch so einigermassen harmonisch aus.
I was really in the mood for yellow. I already had this mood some time before Christmas, but I didn't go through with it. So it's yellow now. Two coats of Yeah, Copacabana from the Viva Brasil LE by Essence for a vibrant look. I decided to stay with the theme and used the PR-sample polish from BPS to stamp over it. Colour overload. The nice thing about a sheer stamping polish is, that it slightly blends with the colour beneath, so you still have a somewhat matching look.
